Today was a successful day alhamdulilah.
Reading: We discussed the different reasons why people read. Students talked about the stories they read at home (title and favorite part). Students sat in groups and read stories.
Math: Math book page 30 (counting and recording numbers)
Social Studies: Students were given a worksheet about responsibilities and respect.
Gym: We played "Squirrels in a Forest" and "Squirrels and Foxes"
Islamic Studies: We sang a song about the steps of wudu. We talked about how to pray and the importance of being respectful during prayer. We said the duaa of the month.
Homework: Math book page 30 (home connection)
Read a story.
Have your child say the steps of wudu and make wudu.
